Wednesday Word: Imagination

I'm trying something new today, well let me be real.. I've been trying something new everyday lately and loving!!!  We will talk more about all the other new stuff later. Today I am trying my first linkup. I've linked up with Deb Runs  for her Wednesday Word . The rules are simple and I'm excited to add to the blog. Please let me know what you think by commenting below.

Today's word is : Imagination

Imagination is a powerful tool. It's fueled by creativity and the freedom to be uniquely you. I embrace my imagination. I enjoy our times together in far away lands. Dancing to the drums in the amazon but home in time for dinner every night. Singing with my ancestors down in the Bayou while attending corporate meetings. My imagination, ooh she is a strong one. She takes me through PRs on my runs, hitting paces I've never run.. was that 5:10 oh my slow down. I've run the Wall of China, skipped through sugar cane fields with my grandfather in Cuba.  One would never know the minds I've picked, the foods I've tasted, the knowledge I've held. Oh but she knows me oh so well, she takes me to the place I love best when life brings stress.

The image of me
continues to be changing.
It's a breeze to be me.
Imagine that...
the ability to be.
Whatever you see,
Truly Free
to literally just just Be.

Be free my friends be free. To me that's easy, for you it may not be. You however must still try. For a life without freedom is a living the worse lie and you're not free without a little bit of imagination... fueled by creativity. Fly Free.

The People's Choice:

Kill Gym Funk with Vinegar!

Vinegar and gym funk? Say what! Yup Vinegar can kill gym funk. If you've been in the kitchen, watched Doctor Oz or ever did research on losing weight you've heard the word vinegar before. Health nuts drink the red type. Red vinegar is actually used by a number of naturalist to clean their hair and flush fat. White vinegar was a staple in my childhood as my mom used it to clean chicken, wash mirrors and windows and after one trip to Canada, wash clothes. Those of you in the laundry business know what I am talking about. My mom's cousin owned his own laundry mat in Ontario, Canada. One summer changed the course of laundry in my home. Uncle Carl, as I called him, told mom he placed white vinegar in the washing machines to help brighten and whiten the clothes. Over the years I got away from using vinegar on all my loads but recently came back to it. Here are 5 reasons why you should consider using vinegar in your laundry, especially your gym clothes today. 1. Ki
